I'm Fat

I am and I'm annoyed by it.
Tonight I ate an apple with peanut butter for dessert, not because I was hungry but because I NEED something yummy (preferably sweet) in the evenings and that is all I had in my house. And now I'm sitting here with a stuffed belly looking like I'm 5 months pregnant again. Ever since I went on vacation earlier in the month I feel like I'm eating everything in sight, and because I am no longer nursing I have gained a few lbs. :(
So, now what? I've put it out there and so hopefully I will get my butt into shape. My goal is to lose 10 lbs in ...oh, what's a good amount of time? I want to say "My goal is to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks" because that is what I wish was possible. I guess I'll settle for realistic and say September 15th. That gives me time. So please cross your figures for me and help keep me motivated!

lol! K-I'm being totally honest here-I was SHOCKED how fantastic you looked last time I saw you! Pretty amazing for someone to have just had a baby! I have the same problem...anytime after 10 pm I'm scrounging the kitchen for something sweet-I hate it! Try Chocolate Yerba Mate! It's like a dessert with only 4 calories. :) It's helped me out a ton.

first of all i seriously doubt youre fat. secondly i love dessert just as much as you :) try running, it turns out to be really fun AND makes you lose weight. train now, we could run the disneyland 5K together in sept if you haven't moved yet :)

Ok, I ran this morning and it sucked but I felt good about it. :) And I'll have to try that mate thing, I saw it on FB the other day and was wondering what you were talking about.

I'm not going to say it.

I'm not going to say that you are so NOT fat and are just being you.

I'm not going to say that I don't think you give yourself enough credit for just having a baby and looking the way you do.

I'm not going to say it! :)

I like adding dry non-fat milk, stevia, and cocoa powder...I'm addicted and I have it every morning or when I'm feel a craving coming on. It has 1/4 the caffeine that a cup of coffee has so it doesn't keep me awake right before bed. :)

Oh-and did I tell you I missed you in Cali?!
